Hello Museum Supporters-

The last two years have been challenging for all of us but we seem to be turning the corner and the museum is ready to get busy again. We have many activities coming up, not the least of which is Surfing Santas of Cocoa Beach www.surfingsantas.org! We are live and back on the beach for our celebration on Christmas Eve, December 24th, from 8am to 12pm, with hundreds of Surfing Santas, hula dancing, a costume contest and more! Be sure to come in you best holiday outfit and join in on the fun.

Surfing Santas is our most important fund raiser which gives us the means to keep our museum operating. We also contribute to Grind for Life GrindForLife.org , a charity that provides cancer patients with financial help for expenses not covered by insurance as well as counseling and support for cancer patients.

We expect to have the 2021 Surfing Santa T-shirts available soon on our website, facebook page (10) Surfing Santas of Cocoa Beach | Facebook and at our supporting local businesses. Stay tuned for updates.

Although our new exhibit, Surfing Miami, opened in September -we had to postpone an opening party due to covid. The good news is that we now have the party scheduled for December 11, 7-9 PM, at the Florida Surf Museum, RonJon Surf Shop. Many of the legends from Miami Beach will be there so be sure to join us. Pupu platters and beverages will be provided. Admission is free.

FSM and Surfing Santa will be at this year’s Winterfest and Parade in Cocoa Beach. We will have the 2021 Surfing Santas T-shirts and merchandise for sale and you can get a selfie with Surfing Santa and the Missus. There will be music, food and craft vendors plus a snow machine for the kids.
