Bill Feinburg, who began surfing in 1962 in south Florida, opened the first surboard manufacturing business-Surfco – in Brevard County. He later opened Oceanside Surfboards- one of the most successful East Coast manufacturers of the late 60’s and early 70’s. He was inducted into the ECSHOF in 2012.
